Each Gift Card is valid for the dollar amount of the purchase. The BLUE MedSpa Signature Little BLUE Box is complimentary with $150 gift card order or more.
The Little BLUE Box may be purchased for $5,00 with any amount less than $150 or our standard gift card envelope will be used for gift card orders less than $150.
Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
